Summary

This trial tests SPEDOX-6, a version of the chemotherapy drug doxorubicin wrapped in a protein shell, in people with advanced solid tumors such as soft-tissue sarcoma, triple-negative breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, and certain pancreatic cancers. The study aims to find the best dose and see whether the drug can shrink tumors or stop them from growing. Participants have already tried at least two other treatments without success.
