Summary
This study tests a pill called TP-05 (lotilaner) to see if it can prevent Lyme disease in healthy adults who are often around ticks. About 700 participants will receive either a low dose, high dose, or placebo. The main goal is to check safety and how the drug moves through the body, with a secondary look at whether it stops infection.
