Summary
This study looks at whether using a tooth-whitening gel in one long session or several short sessions changes how much tooth pain people feel and how white their teeth get. About 60 adults with darker teeth will receive one of two common whitening gels. Researchers will measure pain using simple scales and check color changes with a shade guide and a special device.
