First seen Apr 07, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tested whether a paste containing casein phosphopeptide-amorphous calcium phosphate (CPP-ACP) plus fluoride could reduce tooth sensitivity after in-office bleaching. 64 adults received either the paste with sodium fluoride, stannous fluoride, or a placebo before and after whitening. The goal was to see if these pastes could ease pain without affecting the whitening results.
