Summary
This study tests whether a daily dose of tocotrienols (a form of vitamin E) can slow the progression of Parkinson's disease. One hundred adults with Parkinson's will receive either the supplement or a placebo for two years. Researchers will track changes in movement, thinking, and overall disease severity to see if the supplement offers any benefit.
