Summary
This study tests whether a daily dose of tocotrienols (a type of vitamin E) can slow the worsening of motor symptoms in Parkinson's disease. One hundred adults with Parkinson's will take either the supplement or a placebo for two years. Researchers will track movement, thinking, and blood markers to see if the supplement helps control the disease.
