Summary
This study uses a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called TMS to measure brain activity in 52 people with Parkinson's disease. The goal is to see if these measurements can tell the difference between normal thinking, mild cognitive impairment, and dementia, and predict future decline. No treatment is given—only observation and testing.
