This study looks at how a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called intermittent theta burst stimulation (iTBS) affects symptoms and blood markers in people with treatment-resistant depression. Fifty patients will receive iTBS sessions over four weeks, while fifty healthy volunteers provide baseline comparisons.
