Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental drug called TJ033721 (givastomig) in people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the right dose, and see how the body processes it. About 330 participants will receive the drug alone or in combination with other therapies.
