Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental drug called TJ033721 (givastomig) in people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including stomach, pancreatic, and bile duct cancers. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see how the body processes it. About 330 participants will receive the drug alone or with other treatments.
