NCT ID NCT05609318

First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026

Summary

This study uses MRI scans to see how iron moves to different organs like the heart, liver, and kidneys after an intravenous iron infusion. Researchers will follow 12 adults with iron deficiency for hours, days, and weeks after treatment. The goal is to learn more about iron storage and safety, not to test a new treatment.
