Summary

This study tests tirzepatide, a medication already used for obesity, in 60 adults who have both type 1 diabetes and obesity. Participants will receive either tirzepatide or standard care to see if it helps with weight loss and blood sugar control. The goal is to understand if this treatment is safe and effective for this group.
