Summary
This study will test the safety and effectiveness of tirzepatide, a once-weekly injection, in 300 adults with obesity or overweight plus related health problems. Participants will receive increasing doses over 12 months while doctors track side effects, weight loss, and improvements in blood sugar and blood pressure.
