Summary

This study tests whether tirzepatide, a drug used for diabetes, can help people with moderate to severe cannabis use disorder use less cannabis. About 100 adults will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will track how many days they stay cannabis-free and any side effects. The goal is to see if this medication can be a safe and effective treatment option.
