Summary

This study tests a medicine called tirzepatide to see if it can help people with moderate to severe cannabis use disorder use less cannabis or stop altogether. One hundred adults aged 18 to 70 will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will track their cannabis use and any side effects. The goal is to find a safe dose that helps reduce cravings and use.
