Summary
This study looks at how tirzepatide, a weight-loss drug, changes breast tissue and blood markers linked to breast cancer risk. About 20 women with obesity and other breast cancer risk factors will take tirzepatide for 3-6 months. Researchers will measure changes in breast density and cell growth to see if weight loss might lower cancer risk.
