First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether combining physiotherapy, structured exercise, and psychological support can reduce the burden of chronic tinnitus (ringing in the ears) in 160 adults aged 18-70. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the 8-week multimodal program or a control group, with follow-ups up to 24 months. The main goal is to measure changes in tinnitus-related handicap using a standard questionnaire.
