First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study looked at whether eating only during an 8-hour window each day (time-restricted eating) helps young adult survivors of childhood cancer manage their weight. Some participants also took a fiber supplement. The goal was to see if this approach is safe, doable, and helpful for reducing obesity and related health problems. The study included 13 survivors aged 18-39 who had finished cancer treatment.
