Summary
This study tests whether an AI-powered digital coach called BLAZE can help adults aged 40 and older improve their brain health. Participants will receive personalized tips and support through WhatsApp to reduce risk factors for dementia. The study will compare their progress to those receiving usual care over 6 to 12 months.
