Summary

This study tests a noninvasive light sensor placed on the thumb to measure oxygen levels in children with heart failure. Researchers want to see if these measurements can show how severe the heart failure is. The study will enroll 130 children and young adults under 25 who are stable on their current treatment. The goal is to gather information that could help guide future treatment decisions.
