First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at whether testosterone replacement therapy is safe for men who have both low-risk prostate cancer and low testosterone (hypogonadism). Researchers will monitor 35 men over 12 months to see if the treatment causes their cancer to worsen or requires more aggressive treatment. The goal is to help men on active surveillance manage low testosterone symptoms without increasing cancer risk.
