Finding the best path to therapy: In-Person, online, or a mix for anxious kids
NCT ID NCT06934525
Summary
This study aims to improve access to effective therapy for children with anxiety and OCD by testing different delivery methods. It will compare weekly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) delivered entirely in-person, entirely via telehealth video calls, or through a flexible mix of both. Researchers will randomly assign 501 children and teens (ages 5-18) to one of these three methods to see which approach works best for different families and situations.
