Summary
This early-phase study tests a new two-drug combination for adults whose high-grade glioma (a fast-growing brain tumor) has returned after standard treatments. The drugs are temozolomide (given in low, frequent doses) and abexinostat (an experimental pill). The main goal is to find the safest dose and understand side effects. About 24 participants will be enrolled.
