Summary

This study tests whether doing guided exercises at home via video calls can reduce pain and improve movement in people with hip or knee osteoarthritis. 110 participants will either receive remote exercise sessions or standard education about their condition. What this could lead to

If it works, this could offer a convenient, low-cost way for people with hip or knee osteoarthritis to manage symptoms at home.
