First seen May 07, 2026 ยท Last updated May 07, 2026

Summary

This study tested whether using a live video call (telemedicine) helps bystanders perform CPR better than standard phone instructions during a cardiac arrest. About 108 adults with suspected cardiac arrest were included. The goal was to see if video guidance increases the number of people receiving CPR before emergency services arrive.
