Dispatcher training could boost cardiac arrest survival

Summary
This study aims to see if improving how emergency dispatchers handle calls and model their actions can speed up the detection of cardiac arrest and improve CPR quality. Researchers will study 4,000 people who experience cardiac arrest outside of a hospital. The goal is to learn if these changes can increase survival rates.
