Summary
This study tested a 10-session therapy program delivered over the phone or video to help adults with depression increase their physical activity. The goal was to see if the program was practical, well-liked, and could reduce depressive symptoms. Sixty-five adults with moderate-to-severe depression and low activity levels took part, using a smartphone and a Fitbit to track progress.
