Summary
This pilot study tested a 10-session behavioral activation program delivered via teletherapy to help adults with moderate-to-severe depression increase physical activity and reduce depressive symptoms. 65 participants were enrolled, and the study focused on whether the program was feasible, acceptable, and showed early signs of effectiveness. The approach used coaching and activity tracking to encourage more movement.
