Summary

This study looks at ways to improve how healthcare teams talk to each other in hospitals that treat children with cancer but have limited resources. The goal is to see if better communication can help doctors and nurses work together more effectively, which may lead to better care and survival for young patients. About 8 hospitals will take part, and the study will measure changes in communication quality over 6 months.
