Summary

This study is creating a large collection of biological samples—like blood, spinal fluid, and urine—from 800 people with ALS and 200 healthy volunteers. Researchers will also track participants' health over time using clinic visits and at-home tests. The goal is to provide this data to scientists worldwide to help them better understand ALS and develop new treatments.
