This study tests whether a non-invasive electrical test on the quadriceps (thigh muscle) can help diagnose and monitor amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Researchers will measure nerve signals traveling from the brain to the muscle in 30 people with suspected or confirmed ALS.
