Summary
This study looks at how tai chi and yoga affect flexibility, anxiety, and sleep quality in healthy women aged 18 to 45. About 40 women will do either tai chi or yoga for 8 weeks, twice a week. Researchers measure changes using simple tests and questionnaires. The goal is to see which activity offers more benefits for everyday wellness.
