First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tested the SWW Method®, a 12-week diet and lifestyle program, in 85 women aged 35-75. The program included intermittent fasting, a protein-rich diet, and other healthy habits. Researchers measured changes in blood sugar, weight, and other metabolic markers compared to a group that did not follow the program. The goal was to see if this approach could help prevent type 2 diabetes.
