First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether switching heart failure patients in rural Tanzania from their current medications to a newer drug (sacubitril-valsartan) can improve their health and ability to walk. About 298 adults with heart failure and reduced pumping function will be followed for 10 months. The goal is to see if this change leads to meaningful improvements in daily life.
