Summary

This study looks at whether suvorexant, a drug approved for insomnia, can reduce brain activity linked to cannabis use. Twenty adults who use cannabis daily or near-daily will take the medication for 14 days and have two brain scans. The goal is to see if the drug lowers the brain's response to cannabis-related cues, which could help understand how to treat cannabis use disorder.
