Summary
This study tests a new way to give oxygen during a sedated lung scope (bronchoscopy). Normally, patients can have dangerously low oxygen levels because the scope and sedation block the airway. The new method uses a thin, flexible tube placed through the nose to deliver oxygen directly above the voice box. The trial will enroll 50 adults to see if this reduces low-oxygen events compared to standard care.
