Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-month nurse-led program can help people with mild cognitive impairment or dementia and their caregivers. About 200 participants from a Stanford research center will either get monthly nurse support or standard care. The goal is to improve symptoms, quality of life, and help families plan for future care needs.
