First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This pilot study tests a virtual program called STRIDE, designed for adults aged 21-44 who have type 2 diabetes and are raising children. The program includes three online sessions focused on self-care, healthy eating, and family activity. Researchers will measure changes in diabetes-related distress and self-confidence, and will also check blood sugar control. The goal is to see if this family-centered approach helps parents better manage their diabetes.
