Sports bra study aims to bust pain in Full-Busted women
NCT ID NCT07579182
First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether sports bras designed for full-busted women can reduce chronic pain in the neck, shoulders, arms, and back. Researchers will also look at how hormones, inflammation, and brain changes may contribute to this pain. About 140 women aged 18-60 will wear a special sports bra for 3 months and report their pain levels.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
sports bra (Bounceless bra or Shefit Ultimate bra)
What this could lead to
If successful, this could show that a well-designed sports bra is a simple, drug-free way to reduce chronic pain in full-busted women.
What could go wrong
This is an early-phase study with only 140 participants, so results may not apply to everyone. Pain relief may vary, and the bra might not help all types of pain.
