Summary
This study tests whether combining non-invasive spinal cord stimulation with walking rehabilitation can reduce muscle stiffness and improve leg strength and walking ability in people with incomplete spinal cord injury. Ten adults with stable, incomplete spinal cord injury who can walk at least 6 meters will receive the combined therapy. The goal is to see if this approach helps the nervous system adapt and recover function.
