Summary

This study tests whether using a brain-computer interface (BCI) to control a walking robot can improve gait recovery after a stroke. People who had a stroke within the past year will be randomly assigned to either standard exoskeleton training or BCI-controlled exoskeleton training, both twice a week for four weeks. The goal is to see if letting the participant's own brain signals trigger each step leads to greater improvements in walking distance, mobility, and quality of life compared to traditional robot-assisted training.
