Summary

This trial tests whether a powered leg exoskeleton called ZEPU AI9 can safely and effectively help people with walking difficulties caused by stroke, incomplete spinal cord injury, or orthopedic surgery. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either exoskeleton-assisted gait training plus standard rehabilitation, or standard rehabilitation alone, for 12 weeks. The study will measure changes in walking distance, speed, balance, muscle strength, and quality of life, while monitoring for any device-related problems.
