Summary

This study tests whether taking atorvastatin (a cholesterol-lowering drug) for 3 months after pregnancy can reduce the long-term risk of heart disease in women who had high blood pressure conditions like preeclampsia. 76 women will receive either the drug or a placebo, starting after they stop breastfeeding. The main goal is to see if the drug improves a heart risk score.
