Summary
This study tested a 4.5-hour somatic psychoeducational program for healthcare providers to see if it could improve their mental and physical health. Thirty-one bedside nurses participated, completing surveys and saliva tests before, one week after, and one month after the program. Researchers compared two versions of the program to see which led to greater improvements in stress, anxiety, and overall well-being.
