Summary

This study tests whether adding gabapentin to the standard drug solifenacin works better than solifenacin alone for women with overactive bladder. Sixty women will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments and followed for 3 months. The goal is to see if the combination improves bladder symptoms and is safe.
