First seen Jun 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether taking probiotics twice a day for 12 weeks can reduce how often people with overactive bladder (OAB) and anxiety need to urinate, and whether it can also lower their anxiety. All participants will also learn bladder training techniques. The study will compare the probiotic group to a placebo group to see if the bacteria make a real difference.
