Summary

This study is for people who smoke cigarettes but aren't ready to quit. It tests whether giving them a choice of harm-reduction products like e-cigarettes or nicotine pouches helps them smoke less or stop altogether. Participants will use their chosen product for 28 days and be followed for 6 months to see if they cut down or quit smoking.
