First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study checks if a special mask can accurately tell when you are in light sleep, deep sleep, or REM sleep, and when you briefly wake up. About 150 adults with sleep apnea will wear the mask overnight while their sleep is also measured with standard equipment. The goal is to see if the mask works as well as existing devices.
