Summary
This study tested a smart system that helps people with type 2 diabetes decide how much insulin to take. 140 adults starting insulin therapy used either the smart system or standard care for 12 weeks. The goal was to see if the system improved blood sugar levels without increasing dangerous low blood sugar events.
