Summary

This study tested a program that sends text reminders and uses social support and game-like features to encourage people with chronic kidney disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure to check their blood pressure regularly. 70 adults from a University of Pennsylvania clinic participated. The goal was to see if the program was easy to use and helped people stick with monitoring.
