Sleep reset shows promise in rapidly reducing suicidal thoughts

Summary
This study tests whether adding sleep-focused treatments to standard depression care can quickly and lastingly reduce suicide risk in young adults. Researchers will compare three different sleep intervention approaches in 90 suicidal college students receiving outpatient treatment. Participants will be followed for 6 months to see which approach works best for reducing suicidal thoughts and depression.
