First seen Jan 27, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tested whether a digital cognitive behavioral therapy program for insomnia (Sleepio) is practical and helpful for people aged 50+ with mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia who also have sleep problems. Thirty participants were enrolled to see if they would stick with the program and find it useful. The goal was to gather information for a larger future trial, not to prove the treatment works yet.
