Summary

This study aims to see if combining talk therapy (CBT) with light therapy, medication, or melatonin can help improve sleep quality, fatigue, anxiety, and depression in people with advanced cancer. Researchers will compare these active treatments against placebo (inactive) treatments over several months. The goal is to find better ways to manage these common and distressing symptoms for patients.
