First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests a simple, non-invasive device that plays soft sounds during sleep to boost deep sleep and improve memory. Researchers will measure memory, brain activity, and blood markers to see if this approach can slow cognitive decline.
